Alisha A. Lund, Ph.D.
Born in a coastal timber community in the Pacific Northwest, Dr. Lund has been working in evaluation since 2001. Trained and experienced in qualitative research, she specializes in quantitative evaluation, mixed methods designs, and survey research, with a focus on educational equity initiatives and volunteer-based programs. Her work includes study design, evaluation planning, drafting and presenting final reports, and everything in between. She has enjoyed working with multi-site programs, large national organizations, emerging organizations, grassroots organizations, public agencies, schools, and higher education institutions.
Since 2005, Dr. Lund has designed and taught numerous graduate-level courses in program evaluation and research methods, civil society and nonprofit management, and public administration. She holds a Ph.D. in Public Administration and Policy and a Master of Urban Studies, both from Portland State University.
